An especially unique piece; this beautiful rare antique large bolt ring connector can be used to extend and connect your chains and hold your charms and pendants.

This fabulous one-of-a-kind design has two stunning bright old European cut diamonds, one set prominently on either side of the bolt ring bail to create maximum sparkle, both repurposed from an antique piece.

Crafted in sumptuous antique 14-carat rose gold, it has a rare '56' stamp depicting its Russian origin.

It looks incredible when worn as a connector attached to your antique chains or as a charm holder.  The bail measures approx 5mm external diameter, with approx 3.5mm internal diameter, so it can easily slip over most barrel/bullet clasp chains up to approx 3mm diameter, and works well attached to dog clips and bolt rings of up to the same width.

Dating to between 1880-1900, the bolt ring closes securely and remains tightly and securely closed, although it is stiff to open as it has some small knocks to it which are commensurate with its age.  It will allow you to open it to add charms and will spring back to lock into place securely, although you may not want to open it constantly as it can be tough on your fingers, so wearing it clipped onto dog clips and bolt rings, or with charms that you won't want to remove frequently, is the ideal styling option for this exquisite antique piece.

These extra-large antique components are particularly hard to find, especially in high carat gold; you will treasure this beauty even more than those who have been its keeper in previous years.
