Shipping Policy


General Shipping Info

Items marked as available are held offsite in a secure location and will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days.  Please see the product information section on each product page for estimated completion dates for any pieces that are made-to-order or bespoke.

You will receive an order and payment confirmation email after you make a purchase on our website. We will contact you again to let you know the expected shipping and delivery dates before your purchase is shipped.

UK Shipping


We offer complimentary shipping within the UK via Royal Mail or one of our other courier partners.  

UK delivery is estimated to be 2 - 4 business days from the date the order is shipped.


International shipping

All international orders are sent by express delivery with one of our courier partners, usually via DHL Express.  We also take out additional insurance cover with an independent insurance provider.   International estimated delivery dates will be sent via email once an order is shipped and the timescale is dependent on destination and on the parcel clearing customs.  Shipments to the USA are estimated to be delivered within 1 week from the order date, subject to customs clearance. 


For orders outside of the UK, the following shipping and insurance costs will apply:

Europe - £36.00 

USA, Canada - £40.00

US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and others - £50.00

Australia & New Zealand - £50.00

Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & Maldives - £50.00

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Oman - £50.00 


Duties and taxes for international orders will be due upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility.  Lucille London will not be held liable for international duties, taxes and customs charges.  We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Any orders where the parcel is rejected by the customer or returned due to non-payment of international duties/customs charges will not be eligible for a full refund.  Where a refund is due upon a parcels return in these instances, all costs incurred by Lucille London will be deducted (including but not limited to: customs charges, international duties, shipping and insurance costs relating to the delivery and return of your parcel, and any other administration and miscellaneous costs incurred as a result of non-payment of international duties).  Lucille London is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

International orders can be placed for delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.  For all other international orders, or if your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with us to enquire about delivery to your region.


Made-to-order and Bespoke

All custom and bespoke jewellery is crafted completely by hand, from design to soldering, to polishing.  Due to this process, items that are made-to-order can take 4-8 weeks to be delivered to you.  We always specify an estimated shipping timeframe in our product descriptions.  In the unlikely instance that we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you in advance and let you know the expected delivery date.
